You're The King That Reigns Forever

The “King That Reigns Forever” was given to me when I was alone , in my bedroom in between songs that I was singing in praise to the Lord. All of a sudden these thoughts started coming into my head and I just started writing. It reminded me that we are not promised a life without troubles but that when the troubles come we have a God who is always there and never leaves us. In those times we cannot loose sight of the fact that He is the “calm” and He is the “oasis” and He is the “light” in whatever comes our way. I know when I was going through so many physical problems, I often caught myself asking, “Where are You Lord?” and catching myself and then asking forgiveness for doubting because I know better. At any rate the Lord is merciful and so gracious that He gently reminds us of the things about Him that we forget. He truly is The King that reigns Forever and we who are His children will reign with Him. Praise God!
